This unit is ideal for small businesses that need a large capacity cooker to keep up with the demand. This unit is not for the feint of heart! It weighs in at 845 LBS. The cooking surface area of this cooker is 35 Square Feet! The standard Professional comes with stainless doors and standard smoke stack. The Chubby charcoal pan is designed to hold approximately 10 pounds of briquettes, and the bottom grate that allows the ashes to fall through into an ash pan for easy cleaning. Depending on the temperature you cook at, The Chubby can give you an 6hr to 10hr burn. It will hold 12 slabs of baby back ribs, 8 slabs of St. Louis style or 4 slabs of spare ribs.
