Ron has hands on experience with Backwoods Smokers and did an excellent job covering the options available for the smoker. With his knowledge of the product he was able to recommend the best options for my budget.

He also spent time looking for alternate shipping methods in order to reduce shipping costs. I was impressed with Ron's service and would not hesitate to do business with him again.

The smoker is working well. The only problem is that I can't use it more often...
